BFS Logistics FAQs
What is the difference between FTL and LTL shipping?
Generally, a Full Truckload (FTL) shipment is over 10,000 pounds or takes up an entire truck and is delivered without transferring cargo. On the other hand, a Less Than Truckload (LTL) is 200 pounds and only takes a section of a truck. For LTL shipping, your cargo is safely consolidated and distributed with other shipments.
What types of clients do you serve?
At BFS Logistics, we handle logistics for small businesses to enterprise corporations. Some of our most common customer industries are distribution, retail, manufacturing, car dealerships, and electronics. We serve a broad list of customers and work diligently to provide unique services for each customer.
Are transit times guaranteed?
Freight transit times are not guaranteed unless specified. Transit times are dependent on location, destination, transportation, weather, and more. However, our team makes every effort to provide realistic and efficient estimates. You are also welcome to track your shipment in real time with our technology!
